If your product becomes defective within the first thirty - (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% to 100% restocking fee, depends on the condition of the returned item. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department by e-mail rma@intakeone.com within thirty days of your invoice date and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA no. are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. IntakeOne.com will only offer a refund on unopened items (Shipping & Handling is Nonrefundable). Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

In order to receive full credit of item(s) cost's price, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% of restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. For all light products sold please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order item.

IntakeOne.com will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We have provided detail information & specification of items we sell on this site for customers to review before purchase.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable
We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please check package at the time of receiving the order. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately at rma@intakeone.com, once we receive your RMA request, our customer service representatives will reply you with detail information on how to return the defective item and exchange for the replacement.

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty after the first thirty - (30) days of the invoice date. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information. IntakeOne.com provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.
