IntakeOne.com is based in Northern California. We carry full line of
air intake systems, performance parts and accessories. We offer the
best courteous customer service to meet your expectations and budget,
whatever it is, and hope we can be at service to your needs.
Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent
upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders
are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. No orders
are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays,
every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is
due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be
given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item,
or cancel your order. Signature are require of all orders (there must
be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the
local USPS/UPS station.
Return Policy
All Return items must be in "as-new" condition, some items
must be not installed, in original packaging and, with all warranty
cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a
delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
For all light products sold please test product for factory defects
prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made,
all light products are not returnable.
All return items can be return within 30 days from the invoice date
subject to a 20% to 100% restocking fee, depends on the condition of
the returned item.
Only company defects item can be exchanges for the same item within
30 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee.
You are responsible for the shipping cost on all return items.
All returns for credit or exchange must be unopened in the factory sealed
product box.
Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department and
we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. The RMA number are only good for 12 days from
the day of issue.
NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
Some products we sale are for racing and off-road vehicles only. Lighting
products are solely as auxiliary lighting. Please check with your local
DMV or vehicle department for regulations and information. Intakeone
is not responsible for any legal issues regarding of any product you
purchase here. Please make sure legality of the product before making
any purchases.
