Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling charge shown on item page is for single item purchase only. For multiple-items order, shipping & handling charge will be calculated by total weight shown on Shopping Cart System page.
IntakeOne.com has no local pick-up service.

For order within the United States, we accept Visa, Master card and PayPal online payment. For international order please contact us for more information.

Credit Card Payment & Billing Information:

1) The Billing address input at shopping cart check-out MUST BE SAME AS the billing address register with the credit card & where their bills are sent.

2) All Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address in record on the credit card. We only ship small item(s) to P.O. Box and APO, FPO addresses. [such as light bulbs, turbo timer...item(s) with in 2-lbs]

3)Customer must input current phone number can be reached, the CVV2 number on the back of your credit card at check out.

Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, some item require additional time before ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and location (Body kits, Hood, Fender, Special order etc…) . No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Signatures are require of all orders (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local USPS/UPS/Fed Ex.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All orders in credit card/order process, packaging or waiting to be ship out will mark your order as "On-Hold" in the order status. You will receive a confirmation email with detail information on the status of your order.
